Hokie Family, Reminder we will be conducting our equipment distribution on Sunday, 7/16 at 14 Singleton Dr. Please review your team’s time slot along with more important distribution details below.
If you have a registration balance please log in to TeamSnap to resolve it. If you have a fundraising balance you can use our online system to resolve it (see details below). We will only be taking Cash payments on this Thursday at the field and will not be taking any payments at the distribution.

What if I can’t make the first equipment distribution?
There will be a makeup date in the near future. The date will be based on the number of athletes that is still in need of equipment.
Can I pay my account balances at the equipment distribution?
Our priority will be to ensure each athlete is properly fitted and receives their equipment in a timely manner. We are no longer able to take payments during equipment distribution, no exceptions. Please satisfy your fundraising accounts online with our buyout option using this link https://hamptonroadshokies.com/virtual-fundraising/. Can I pay cash for my fundraising buyout?
If you would like to pay with cash we will be available during practice on Thursday 7/13 ONLY from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Hunter B Andews by the track.
What time should I report if I have two athletes at two different time slots?
You can pick which ever time assigned time slot that works for you best. (ex. If you have an athlete on 8U at 4:00 PM and one on 10U at 5:00 PM, you can come at either time.)
