Hokie Family, We will be conducting our 2nd Tackle Equipment distribution on Tuesday, 7/25 at Hunter B Andrews PK-8 School starting at 6:30 PM. All account balances must be satisfied to receive equipment. If you have a registration balance please log in to TeamSnap to resolve it. If you have a fundraising balance you can use our online system to resolve it (see details below). We are not taking any cash payments at this time and will not be taking payments the day of distribution.
Requirements to receive equipment
- Registration Account has a zero balance.
- Fundraising Account has a zero balance.
- Sign equipment loaner agreement (Will be provided at distribution)
- Athlete must be present to ensure earlier measurement is accurate.
- Parent or Guardian is present with athlete.
Note: If you athlete has not been measured for equipment / uniform please get with your head coach to ensure their measurements are recorded.

What if I can’t make this equipment distribution?
There will be a makeup date in the near future. The date will be based on the number of athletes that is still in need of equipment.
Can I pay my account balances at the equipment distribution?
Our priority will be to ensure each athlete is properly fitted and receives their equipment in a timely manner. We are no longer able to take payments during equipment distribution, no exceptions.
