This is the last week for you to complete your mandatory fundraisers as our fundraiser ends on July 7th. Reminder, for all teams that have selected an alternate uniform, invoices will be sent out shortly and will be due on July 7th. Please see important information below.
- The Double Good Fundraiser is coming to a close in less than 24 hours. It ends July 4th at 8:00 AM. This a great fundraiser to provide an opportunity to minimize your overall expense and to enjoy the full Hampton Roads Hokies experience. - Krispy Kreme, Sponsorships and Buyouts fundraiser will continue until July 7th 11:59 PM. Please review details on how to participate with this fundraiser by clicking here. - Our online tracker has been updated with transactions up until July 2nd. All new transactions will be updated Wednesday evening along with Double Good Popcorn data. Use the login information on the fundraiser cards that were given out over the past week to view your accounts. For all new athletes please get with our Fundraising coordinator at practice on Wednesday to get your login information.

What are my profit margins for the Double Good Popcorn fundraiser?
Your profit margin is 50% of all sales and donations. If you have any supporters making a donation we strongly encourage you use our virtual fundraising site to increase your profit margin https://hamptonroadshokies.com/virtual-fundraising/ from 50% to 100%.
What are my profit margins for the Krispy Kreme, Sponsorship and Buyout Fundraisers?
Krispy Kreme certificates sell for $13 and your profit is $6 per certificate. All sponsorships and buyouts are added to your athlete’s account at 100% of the contribution.
What are my options for funds that exceed the mandatory fundraising requirement?
You are able to transfer funds to cover expenses within the organization (ex. Spirit gear, alternate uniform, travel, etc) Please review the fundraiser guidelines on our website.
