2025 Fundraising Accounts

Hokie Nation,  Fundraising Account information has been sent to all registered athletes.  Listed below are our frequently asked questions as it pertains to fundraising accounts. 

 

When is the deadline for the fundraiser?
The mandatory deadline is June 13th 2025.  If your fundraiser is not turned in on the deadline this will impact your athletes uniform distribution and may impact their participation.
Do I still need to fundraise if I added the mandatory fundraiser buyout to my registration?
No, as long as your account is paid in full you have satisfied your requirement.  We will post your buyout by June 1st.  If you elect to fundraise beyond your requirement the additional funds will be added to your athletes fundraiser tracker.
When will my mandatory fundraiser fee be applied?
Each program (ex. Cheer and Football) have slightly different requirements and their mandatory fundraiser fee will be applied on approximately June 1st 2025.
How can my fundraising funds that exceed my mandatory requirement be used?

I did not receive an email with my fundraising account info, what should I do?
If you registered by May 22, 2025 your account was created and your account info was emailed to the primary email address on the athlete’s account.  Follow the troubleshooting steps below before requesting an account.
 I have multiple athletes and only received one email with account info?
Our system is restricted to one athlete per email so we will need to manually send you an email with all of the other athletes account info.  Please note we will only send emails to verified emails from what was used to register the athlete in Team Snap unless we speak directly to the parent/guardian.
How often are the fundraisers applied to the tracker?
Fundraisers are applied approximately 1-2 times per week.  During the peak of the season we may only update once biweekly.  Please have your supporters send you their receipt as confirmation until we are able to log the transaction.
