If your credit does not cover the transfer amount only the available funds will be eligible for transfer. For example, if your transfer request is for $50 and there is only $40 available then only $40 will be transferred.

I agree that I am the authorized parent/guardian or staff member listed in this form and I have the authority to use the additional funds from the above account as outlined by the HR Hokies (ex. Apparel, Uniforms, Team Activity Travel, etc.) and will be held responsible for all funds used if this information is not accurate.

Note: You must be listed in TeamSnap on the student Athletes account as a parent or guardian or listed as a Team Manager on the account roster. All transfers are final and are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be reversed.
