Quality Policy

The quality of our product is a top priority.  We are committed to giving a quality product and competitive price to our buyers.  Quality is a relatively broad concept. Consequently, it can be challenging for any person to objectively judge whether or not a garment is of high quality.

Some of the primary things to consider when purchasing our products: 

  • Differing shades of colors
    • Some darker designs make print slightly different on darker clothing.  Darker designs have a different appearance on a dark product than on a much lighter product (ex. Maroon on Maroon vs Maroon on White).
  • Size
    • Please check the sizing chart to ensure the size meets your needs.  Please notify us within the first 24 hours of submitting your order for any corrections.
  • Customization
    • Please enter all customization info twice on each customizable item to ensure your product design is as intended.

Multiple Steps of Verification

Your quality is important to us and we have added an additional layer of verification to ensure your customized items are to your expectations. Please review the above video for steps on how to customize your purchase. If these steps are not followed it will delay the delivery of your items.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. A large part of our inventory are customized items tailored to your needs. These items can not be modified once printed; therefore we have a NO refund policy on all customized items. All other items must meet our Exception criteria listed below.

Exceptions

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.  All refund exceptions will be at the discretion of the Hampton Roads Hokies Apparel Manager and our apparel manufacturer.  For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at fundraising@hamptonroadshokies.com.
